Letter days for elementary students (including those at Pittsville Elementary and Middle) are posted before each week of classes during the school year. The schedule of letter days can be found on school web pages in Live Feed, on the school system's main website in Live Feed and the home page gallery, and on social media. The letter days schedule is provided in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole.

The Family Portal, an invaluable information resource for parents and guardians and students, is now open for the 2024-2025 school year. Note: Once logged into Family Portal for 2024-2025, parents and guardians will be able to locate the student ID number they need to sign up the student for the EDULOG Parent Portal for bus updates.

In accordance with the Board of Education Public Comments Protocol Policy, pre-registration for public comments is required. Public comments during the Board meeting will be limited to 20 participants. Schedule for Wicomico County Public Schools this week: School system will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. On Friday, July 5th, school system offices will be open, school office hours will vary (call ahead), and summer school classes and programs will not be held.
